Estimates provided represent an approximation of the time and costs associated with the requested services, based on the anticipated work. Please note that unforeseen complications may result in deviations from the original estimate. By proceeding, you authorize the specified repair work and the procurement of necessary materials, including permission to operate the vehicle for on-road testing or inspection. Should any additional repairs be necessary, we will issue a revised work order detailing the costs for additional parts and labor, along with the total revised amount. All parts will be new unless otherwise specified.

Please be aware that deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. There are NO returns or refunds on special order items or electrical parts, and we do not provide warranties for used parts. Additionally, WE DO NOT INSTALL customer-supplied parts.

You acknowledge that we are not liable for any loss or damage to your vehicle, including items left inside, due to fire, theft, or other circumstances beyond our control. We are also not responsible for delays related to the unavailability of parts or delays in their delivery by suppliers or vendors. You have the right to be informed of any additional repairs needed and their associated costs before authorizing them. If required repairs exceed the initially authorized estimate, your approval will be necessary for us to proceed.
We will ensure you are kept informed and will complete only those repairs that you have authorized.

*A credit card convenience fee of 3% will be applied to all transactions, except for American Express. Those transactions will be charged 4.5% per transaction. This fee is charged to cover the processing costs associated with credit card payments. Please note that this fee does not apply to other forms or payment such as cash and cashiers checks. Personal, and business checks are NOT accepted!
